Terms and conditions
Sale of the deck and booking of readings. By ordering or booking, you accept these terms.
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Who sells
This site is published and run by Riham El Harchi, sole trader, registered on the Moroccan national auto-entrepreneur register under number 004048807000047. Full details on the Legal notice page.
2. What is offered
Le Tarot du Maroc: a 78-card deck with its guidebook, 350 DH, shipping included anywhere in Morocco. The guidebook alone as a PDF, 200 DH. Tarot and astrology readings, booked on WhatsApp. All prices are in Moroccan dirhams, all taxes included.
3. Ordering the deck
The order is recorded as soon as the form is submitted. You receive a reference, then a call or message within 24 hours to confirm the address. Until the order is confirmed, either side may cancel it.
4. Payment
The deck is paid in cash, to the courier, when the parcel arrives. No online payment is requested and no bank details are collected on this site. The digital guidebook is paid by bank transfer, the details being given after the order. Readings are paid as agreed on WhatsApp.
5. Delivery
Delivery anywhere in Morocco, within 2 to 5 working days depending on the city. The parcel is handed over against payment. If you are out, the courier gets back in touch. A parcel refused or not collected returns to us and the order is cancelled.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Under Moroccan law no. 31-08 you have 7 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. The deck must be returned complete, in its box, undamaged. Return shipping is at your expense. If the deck arrives damaged or incomplete, write within 48 hours with a photo: it is replaced at our cost. For the digital guidebook, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has started. A reading already given cannot be refunded; a reading not yet given can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours before.
7. Nature of the readings
Tarot and astrology readings are offered for entertainment, reflection and self-examination. They do not predict the future and produce no supernatural effect. No result is guaranteed or promised. A reading is in no case a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Readings are for adults only.
8. Intellectual property
The name Tarot du Maroc, the logo, the 78 illustrations, the card back, the box and the texts are protected. Buying the deck or the guidebook grants a personal, private right of use and nothing more. Prohibited without written permission: reproducing the cards, publishing them commercially, printing them, reselling them, and using the name or artwork to offer readings. Every digital guidebook carries its buyer's name and email.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If there is a problem, write first to tarotdumaroc@gmail.com. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those of Salé.
